The NAVTRAC is responsible for the implementation of the Nigeria Navy training doctrine, policies and concepts towards actualizing the CNS Strategic Directive and realization of the CNS mission. The NAVTRAC has the mandate of implementing all policies on local training in the Nigeria Navy.
Training in the Nigerian Navy is the backbone of the service. The Command has refitted the infrastructure and deployed technology and well engaged personnel to bring efficiency and efectiveness to the training operations.
In todays military, technology is key , both in force management and equipment usage. The Command is exploring technology options and solutions to bring personnel and officers to a place great knowledge in technology and enable its usage for the attendment of our goals.
Delivery quality and optimal performance on assigned duties is critical to the sucess of mandate of the Nigerian Navy.
